[Dragoness] New World Urianger

Welcome to New World Urianger, a new outfit for Urianger. Ever since Shadowbringer I've taken issue that both Urianger and Thancred wear job gear instead of unique attire like the other Scions. So today I present the outfit I've created for Urianger to give him an updated look while still keeping his personality and making him still look like Urianger.
Within this mod you will find a vanilla mashup for Urianger's robes and gloves. Furthermore I have upscaled the outfit to TBSE, so the mod will require TBSE textures.
Urianger's shoes have also been changed to the Astronomia Sandals, which are also upscaled to TBSE.
I've also included a Dawntrail shader upgrade for Atlas, adding extra detail to the weapon while making the color scheme of both the orrery and the card holder to match Urianger's color scheme of black, gold, and red.

Issues
-I didn't include proper dye channels, as Urianger doesn't have dyes on his gear. If you want to wear it yourself you'll need to use advanced dyes to make it look how you want.
-To deal with some clipping issues I removed the ring on his right ring finger.
-Unlike New World Thancred I did not include toggles due to the outfit not being so drastically different and changing things. So the outfit is meant to be one piece.
