[Dragoness] Hope Mail [F] Simple Tweaks

A very simple and small set of edits to the Hope Mail [F] that adds bibo texture compatibility via using the arms and collar of YAB and removing the rebreather from around the neck. I'll leave actual upscaling to the folk who will undoubtedly be working on those, just wanted to make something small and simple so there's something for folk out there.
