Courtly Lover's Hood Repaired

EDIT: this has been fixed in vanilla this isn't needed anymore, just leaving it up as a resource I Guess

Courtly Lover's Hood (casting & healing) is broken in a spectacular way for male viera. I have no idea what happened to the inside of the hood but it has broken ass topology; part of it is clipping through the face covering, it's like busting out the sides, and is like weirdly shiny?

I fixed it so it looks normal. Thought this would be patched out in the dec 24 emergency maintenance but no, we still have this and yet lv1 is not here to see it.

it is literally only broken on male viera. this only replaces the male viera racial model
