Nomad's Traditional Cap

[Oooh, steppe stylish!]

This was a bit of an experimental one! It's inspired by traditional Mongolian garb, and placed over the Nomad's Cap of Aiming. :)

It's dual-dyeable with Glamourer! Some parts are a little funky (again, experimental!), but I'll go back and futz as needed.
