Just some pants with belts!

A simple pair of pants. Slapped some extra belts on and changed colours around!

Includes:
Tbse for midlander base
Hunk for midlander base

Replaces:
Neo-Ishgardian Bottoms of Striking

Works on males, except Hrothgar, Roegadyn and all Lalafell.
