Expeditioner's Pantalettes (Neolithe+Libelly)

Expeditioner's Pantalettes resized to Neolithe's small Libelly (with Bibo calves) based on .faewind's original Neolithe small+thinner calves resize!

This does NOT require Neolithe to work, but the Libelly option will break seams with anything not also made for Libelly.

There might be some clipping in extreme poses, but I've tried to alleviate this as best as I could. Thank you for understanding!
