Less Blinding Vermilion Scourge

I wasn't satisfied with any of the Vermilion Scourge fix mods I found, so I made my own. This one removes some of the light from the ground (which can obscure mechanics), and the blinding, screen-filling light at the end. It also adds a tiny, unobtrusive addition to the fire effect at the end to make up for some of the "oomph" lost by removing the light.
