Storm Mage - WHM VFX

Lightning themed VFX for white mage

Changes in 1.1.0 
small update to some vfx, specifically all the ones that created thunderclouds

big thanks to ocealot for vfxeditor

Edits the VFX for White Mage to be lightning and electricity themed. Lots of thunder clouds.

Sound effects are unchanged and in development.
