[Dragoness] Draconic Class Change VFX

A draconic VFX mod that replaces the class change VFX. This was originally supposed to be posted back when I created the last update of The Draconic Knight, but I never got around to it. I've now improved the VFX coloring and added the same Dragon Blood color that's present in the Teleport VFX mod I created.
