Beneath the Brine - (Resonance)

Beneath the Brine from cheembs, upscaled for Resonance.

• Standalone install; behaves like the original mod.
• Due to the nature of the skirt, expect silly movement or clipping.
• Added a toggle to the sleeve frills if you don't want them.
• There may be some UV wonkiness or gaps, but I kept them very minimal as possible.
