[Cae] Enhanced Seiryu's Rapier

This is a weapon vfx mash-up of a lot of differed weapons, forming a beautiful and way over the top vfx for the Seiryu's Sanctified Rapier.

This uses the same VFX as my Enhanced Seiryu's Longsword.
The off-hand weapon had to be edited slightly and doesn't use as many differed particle effects.
