Muse port of Neo Queen's Dress, for AFAB and AMAB. Toggles for nails. YAS required.

At the moment everything is in one piece, just like the original, but I might consider splitting the outfit for mixing and matching.

Has been tentatively tested with the testing version of Customize+, will likely end up making more adjustments once a stable version of C+ is out. That said, clipping is absolutely possible!
