Replaces/affects the Riviera Dress for all tall fems.

Fit to vanilla proportions, but includes a toggle for Nino (Bibo+ skin) small & medium. Does not require Bibo+ for the vanilla option

Toggles for sleeves, choker, and belt.

Sleeves are glove compatible.

Two dye channels (leather + cloth).
