you need tbse or this won't work.
the chonk upscale also requires IVCS2 to work. the w upscales do not.

original by aerosteel. you can find that here.
the original is not required, but aerosteel makes nice meshes. this includes a compatibility patch for the original to allow for DT materials, optimized textures, and dual dye support.
