Lighter weight, but still colorful!

Changes in 2.2.0 
fixes issue with tattoos / skin textures not applying properly to upper arms

Fixed the textures that broke with the Etoile DT upgrade, and added new dual dye channels

Has an option to remove the knife on the back of the picto sash, to reduce clipping for any of my fellow bun-tail lovers!

(requires TBSE to work)
