only affects small clothes to allow for sfw and nsfw combinations with TBSE.

includes bulge and flat options, as well a small(vanilla) and big tail flap. default leg size only.

i should have taken care of most clipping, but if you spot anything especially egregious just let me know.
bear in mind i will not be fixing issues caused by C+ scaling.
