A texture edit of the southern seas shirt to make it have a flannel texture! Dual dyable! Unisex and for every races! Wahoo!!!

I honestly did not expect this to work but here we are.
This uses vanilla textures, bc when i tried to use bibo and tbse textures it did weird and scary things.
