Rule Breaker's Undershirt

This mod strips away everything from the Rule-Breaker's Vest, leaving just the undershirt and the straps. The straps are on a toggle as well <3
Dyable via glamourer/colorset!

Its on the form fitting neotunic for now mostly bc PVP reward, feel free to swap it to whatever in penumbra tbh.

(There will be some light clipping, I can look at it more later when I have time!)
