Mash-up of the Riviera Dress and Virtu Savant's Overcoat with accessories from the Neo-Ishgardian Top of Aiming, Felicitous Tunic, and Seigneur's Jerkin.

• Fitted around the vanilla body BUT uses _bibo.mtrl for skin, so Bibo+ is still required.
• Affects Riviera Doublet so you can pick some cute bottoms to pair with your vanilla glam.
• Dye channel 1 affects the vest & overskirt. Dye channel 2 affects the blouse, skirt, and skirt trim.
• Toggles to remove choker, choose between belts, or forgo belts altogether.
• There may be some clipping in certain poses and emotes, all the usual disclaimers, etc. There's a tiiiiiny bit of clipping on the choker when doing a lot of shoulder movement.
