[Rhella] Nomad

My first advanced mod pack. Option to keep or remove the shawl, I had to manually edit the weights for it to work with the cape piece so the weights on the shawl aren’t great. Fits all tall females. Pieces can all be worn separately, though I can’t promise things wont clip. Some clipping is to be expected on some races, or during certain animations/extreme poses. I did my best to mitigate any clipping, but couldn’t mitigate all of it without it look weird on other races.

Earrings are set to show with the hood on all races except Miqote (There was a massive gap between the ears and the hood), Viera, and Hrothladies. This can be changed in the advanced editing > Meta Manipulations > Equipment Parameter Edits.
