[YAS] Heavy are the hips

A mod for those that wish to bear the strap

Changes in 1.1.0 
Fixed extra skeleton weights, Strap is now weighted to iv_shiri_l/r.
Fixed some normal issues on the adjustable waist straps on the YAB model (sorry Tre folks I wasn't able to identify a fix in time before pushing this out but this has existed since 1.0 and isn't major)

A strap-on mod, this uses YAS penis bones A-D and is primarily for posing, however it can be used for animations as well, though expect a bit of clipping near the base of the strap.

The way this is setup is that the strap itself is somewhat loose to accommodate for CFNX so YAB/Rue will fit over SC and WC, and Tre will fit over Large and Medium.

You can reach out to me on discord if you experience issues and I'll try and fix and push them out asap, that's why its on Helio so I can make minor revisions.
