-fit to flat/muse top, should have skirt and muse bottoms clearence

-tried to test scaling and animations as best i could, held up to my testers. extreme scaling may still have some clipping
-if your hips and/or ass is Prodigious you may need some skirt bone adjustments in the c+ but u kno u kno
-glove compat: full
-known issue: bending far straight from the waist can make the belts clip
