[Dragoness] Duelist Red Mage Idle

Replaces Red Mage's idle animation with one inspired by historical rapier guards. Works only for talls because the animation clips badly with Roe/Hroth and Lalas. This idle is intended to be used either by hiding your RDM focus with Glamourer or with a RDM weapon that includes a sheath (i.e. my Royal Knight Sword).

As a note from myself, I will be blunt: It's a bit rough. It's my first ever completely custom idle and there were a lot of issues when making it. Unlike the Halonic Paladin Idle I just moved the arms a bit and removed a lot of movement from the upper torso. This was completely custom made by comparison, and one that I made with Aetherblend. So as I'm still learning it there's some quirks from that.
So what do I consider to be the rough parts? The animation doesn't have any real movement to it other than breathing, and the tail is static, but I did move it down so it's not sticking straight out.

Just like with The Halonic Paladin's Idle I do plan to revisit and touch up the animation so it can be as good as possible! I just want to give folk a taste and get some feedback from people I know so I can improve the animation later with their feedback.
