In the downloads you'll find a .pmp for every race/gender variant and a .zip file that contains a .PSD with separated teeth layer in case you'd just like the bloodied teeth, and well as the masks which you'll need if you want the blood to be shiny.

Notes:
-This is a transparent overlay, not a face decal or makeup.
-Looks strange with the base game lipstick, you'll want to disable that in Glamourer or pay a visit to Jandelaine for some makeup remover.
-Requires Asym Faces
-*My apologies to Hrothgar and Au Ra players; because of their facial diffuses being much wider, it looks it looks like hot garbage on them. It also doesn't cover the au ra scales and looks strange on fur textures because of the way blood interacts with hair.
