affects the Gown of Light and Skirt of Light, like the original.

retains all of Effigy's original features; dual dye support, gold or silver metal, toggleable roses, pearls, and choker, and bulge and flat options. TBSE Fluff flat chest only.

i should have taken care of most clipping, but if you spot anything especially egregious just let me know.
bear in mind i will not be fixing issues caused by C+ scaling.
