[Lux+ Redux] Courtly Lover's Surcoat

Port of the Courtly Lover's Surcoat (Maiming & Fending) to Lux+ Redux. Includes all YAS sizes

Common issues and their fixes:

• "My body/breasts/butt looks weird and deformed"
  Did you make sure to install and activate Yet Another Skeleton (YAS)? If not, the link to the mod is listed in the dependencies. Make sure to activate it on animation/general usage.
• "The skirt / bottom of the shirt/coat/dress/etc. clips into my legs with my c+" Skirt bones also need to be adjusted in c+! Otherwise, they stay close to the body like they do in vanilla. You can edit their position in your c+ template.
