doesnt work with long gloves but otherwise functional

A convert of the Oasis tunic for TBSE B! it seems to scale and be weighted decently enough, but let me know if there are any issues. BREAKS WITH LONG GLOVES. It was being a bastard with me and I just decided that I didnt care so it. doesnt work work long gloves. Does work with other lengths though.
