Louder Kefka Fakeout sound

Makes the sound of Kefka's "fakeout" louder in UMAD P1.

Optionally, allows you to add [EXTREMELY LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER] to the fakeout for extra audio clarity.

This can be used to help you quickly identify if both or the single one are true.

Ensure this is enabled in a collection that affects "World"
