This is a quick convert of the Courtly Lover's Cloak of Striking to TBSE-B! its a simple convert BUT i did include a toggle for a version that removes the busy upper neck part just because i thought this would make a cute dress for my lizard lady so!! thought id throw that in for others too. scales well enough, not perfect but i didnt notice any major issues. lmk if there are any tho and ill maybeee fix em.
