summertide formal dress for rue+

thank you to both elegy and aleks for rue+ and yet another skeleton!

body options:
➜ rue medium buff (yas)

notes:
➜ i've included toggles for both the rose and the sleeves of the dress. currently the sleeves don't function very well with some poses, but there should be no problems using it with basic poses 👍
➜ i also need to figure out how to get the hrothgal model to work, which will hopefully be in its first update.
