moonward's lalafell ear physics

COMPATIBILITY:

• other .phyb-based mods will not work
• non .phyb-based animations will still work
• works with and without IVCS, skelomae, YAS, etc
• should work with modded ears and sculpts as long as they're linked to the right bones (j_mimi_r and j_mimi_l)
• customize+'d ears work out of the box, but please report if you have any issues with more extreme c+ options as i didn't test that :)

OTHER INFORMATION:

• works on all vanilla heads and all vanilla ears out of the box! ymmv on size, it will work on ear size 0 but for the floppiness i went for i would recommend ear size 50 or higher
