gu, a custom dirac i made for my oc.
said oc's lore is based upon somali customs and traditions, and since this form of attire does not exist literally anywhere in the community from what i could find, i decided to try to learn how to do it myself.

while i gathered a sizable amount of references for this project (and i may make more if i can figure out the sleeves for a more common styling of dirac, it is by far what i struggled with most), this particular dirac is heavily inspired by soflina's nandi and makeda.

this is fitted to the following bodies:

• vanilla (all races)
• TBSE (incl. highlander)
• TBSE-XL
• sun+
• lux+ redux (flat, medium)

this clips at the underarms. i tried, but it's rather noticeable for some (particularly vanilla male highlander and lalafell; this is my first time fitting to yall, i'm sorry). i'm aware some areas on the floral pattern are not colorset fully, but i'm content with where this is for now and am actively trying not to burn myself out.
i attempted to make a veil to accompany this, as i'm aware that such is also common. it did not want to cooperate. :')

as this attire is based on traditional somali garments, regardless of how correct my novice interpretation of it is or not, i would ask that it be treated with respect. do not put this on an oc that does not have any business wearing it.
