sun+ is no longer being maintained. this mod is up only for archival purposes and provided as-is. support will not be forthcoming.

you need sun+ or another bibo-based body for this to function.

tsar's dressed to kill, for sun+ 4.0. includes all applicable sun+ sizes.
textures are BC7, unnecessary files were culled to reduce filesize (again), materials are fully DT-upgraded.

shirt was moved to the high house justacorps for my own sanity. now fully replaces the high house set.
should no longer break variants + non-affected races for textools users.
skin elements not meant to be visible have been removed.
