Party Pop - A hair for Elezen

An original hair mod.
A fluffy pigtails style with a fringe and vanilla ribbon bow accessories.
Affects hair 192 for M and F Elezen.
Not hat compatible, but does have highlights.
Also comes with options to have a fringe or no fringe.

NOTE: Since the pigtails are quite thick, longer Elezen ear options and wider torsos will clip with them.
However you can use C+ positioning tools on the pigtail ex bones to move them back slightly if it's bothersome.
