Tsar's Scarlet Top for Echo & Resonance (IVCS)

Original not required, but can be found here!

Based off of Dev's SBTL port. The hands are left unchanged from this port, and thus are not IVCS enabled.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Some clipping may occur with certain C+ scalings/poses/animations/etc. C+ is on in the preview. This one is a bit finicky around the corset area on the B chests and may require adjustment in C+ or the posing tool of your choice.
