[Dragoness] Golbez Idle

Ports Golbez's idle to Dark Knight along with changing the draw animation.

Given boss enemy idles tend to get ported to the player I was really surprised to see Golbez's just... wasn't. And given how wonky it was in Blender (the shoulder bones were scaled up by 4x lol) I wasn't surprised the average person would get discouraged by it. I've also added tail animations so there's no still straight tail :p
