Disclaimers:

I noticed some minor clipping on /groundsit - please just adjust the skirt bones using Customize+
There is some minor textural issues on the chest frills due to weights, I couldn't fix this without breaking the rest, so I had to leave it. It is most noticeable on femhroth. Sorry!
As I am still newer to upscaling, I ask you please ignore smaller flaws, I did my best, but it is certainly not perfect.
