A port of Incognito to TBTL and SBTL.
*Ears need to manually be hidden for Male Viera when hood is up.
**Hood up does not hide hair.

Required: TBSE MUST be installed!
Replaces: Neon Street Cap, Neon Street Blouson, Neon Street Cargo Trousers, and Neon Street Shoes.

Race & Gender: Midlander based Males.
