[YZ] Housemaid's Bloomers Neolithe S

Refit of the (Loyal) Housemaid's Bloomers to Neolithe Small! There may be some instances of clipping or oddness, but I did my best!

did my best to retain vanilla shapekey stuff, so it still works with long boots or longer tops (those do not like big butts tho, that can be fixed using c+ on skirt bones if its too annoying. sowwy for da inconvenience i couldnt figure out how to fix that bit)

toggles are:
—thicker shins
—side ribbons
—butt/tailflap (auto adjusts for tailed/non-tailed races)
—thighsock lace? trim
—turn thighsocks into kneesocks
—extra ribbons on socks
—extra ruffles on socks
—remove socks entirely

other options are:
—alternative colourset (dyes slightly different. works better with some dye combos, worse with others.)
—slightly smoother textures (just that, its nothing fancy i just ran a lil despeckle thing bc the vanilla textures have some harsh crunchy bits i didnt like)

Neolithe isn't required outside of wanting piercings if you already have Bibo skin installed.
