Inland Empire

For midlander-based F models (vanilla body). Replaces the Ephemerist's Robe. Colorset is blue/white by default, and the sleeves and outer skirt dye. Known issues: minor clipping of sleeve and shoulder join from the back, but otherwise there shouldn't be too much clipping.
