Equippable Fur Shrug

Ever seen a shirt or your bare shoulders and thought 'this would look great with a fur neckline'? Me too.

The fur is a vanilla asset that I yoinked from the Assassin's Coat.
Replaces Amethyst bracelet and is fully dyable.
Works on all genders and most races apart from lalafell, roegadyn and hrothgar for some reason.
