This is technically a remake rebirth reunion remaster HD restoration version of my very first attempt at a mashup from all the way back in endwalker! A love letter to all the stupid old silly wizards who sit atop their towers and cast spells at your expense. To Tom, it's all foolery.

It is my first attempt at making many things through penumbra. Some jank is inevitable... Previews have c+ in them!

• Fitted to vanilla.
• Works on all the twink male talls+highlander
• Works on all flat females too (NO BOOBS!)
• Because of the cape being Like That (tm) there will be clipping! I tried minimizing it as much as I could but uhh... :')
• The robe has a faint glow only visible in darkness. It is editable through colorsets if it bothers you.
• Includes toggles! I double checked everything but im unsure if something slipped through >_<
