Liability's Nier Nightingale for Resonance

Original isn't required, but please check it out anyway!

This includes DT upgraded textures and IMC toggles for the skirt, clasps, garter, panties, and stockings. Includes the entire outfit, included refitted gloves and shoes. The bottoms are for Venus BBWVR bottoms, because that's what I use and refitting this made me want to explode. Please feel free to use this as a basis to port for other variants if you like!

Clipping may occur in certain idles/C+ scalings/animations/etc. You can adjust the skirt bones with C+ to help mitigate the clipping with the skirt. C+ is on in preview.
