High Allagan Gloves of Healing for Bibo+

(re uploading stuff from a different website, this mod was originally created on 12/16/2024, and updated to fix an issue on 1/15/2025)
After much trial and error, I finally did it!
Adds the bibo hands to the Prestige High Allagan Gloves of Healing and similar models.
its my first ever attempt at anything like this so there may be mistakes and clipping in extreme poses.
