[SME] Ranjit - Fem HMRV

REPLACES: Hair 162 (will not break for other races)

DESCRIPTION:
A quick and dirty port of Ranjit's hair to fem-based hyurs, roegadyns and vieras. The original was for masc-based elezens by Westlaketea, but the link to DL is dead so I used Wardeneater's ports as my bases. I also replaced the hair textures with upscaled textures found in "Hair Defined" by Kylie to make the hair more clean/HD.

Before any fem-elezen players can yell at me: This is literally just the vanilla fem-elezen exclusive hair (hair #54), y'all have it by default.

UPDATE LOG:
6/18/26: Added fem-based miqo'te support (vanilla & earless)

HATS: No
HIGHLIGHTS: Yes but I don't recommend it
