Updated for Dawntrail. Notes:

• This is now included in Dawntrail Bibo+ modpack.

Fixes neck connector causing 'seams' with non-vanilla scales, and black neck tattoos.
This is achieved by decoupling the neck connector mesh from Fac A.
Races excluded: Lalafell (doesn't need it), Male Roe, Hrothgar.

Priority: Higher than any other conflicts.

Disclaimers:

• This does NOT fix any texture seams, which happens with most scales.
• This does not fix the normals seam that's visible when the skin is glossy or under bright light conditions.

I did not do a Gen 3 version because there wasn't enough space on the texture for an extra UV row.
