Bouncer's Noir (TBSE)

Vanilla mashup of the Bouncer's Vest and Noir Longcoat.
It has toggles for the holster strap!

Since these gear pieces fit pretty loose on both vanilla and TBSE bodies, there isn't much difference between the two models. Figured I'd include them regardless for anyone who has neck tattoos on their B mats. The first dye channel colors the coat, and the second channel colors the vest. I also kept the metadata for necklaces and bracelets enabled because I personally like to use those slots for backpacks and other fun stuff. Expect some minor clipping and funkiness in extreme poses.
