Description:
It's the vanilla item but I added toggles for like. Everything but the hip jacket & bra. It's otherwise entirely vanilla so no Bibo+/etc needed!

Affects the Minefiend's Costume Work Shirt for Midlander-based femmes.

I am not perfect (though I have done my best). Please expect clipping.

However, I would like this to work for you, so if you have serious issues, feel free to drop me a line!
