a staff fit for a conjurer

a weapon mashup for the vc weapons event!
gave me an excuse to make cora's canon whm weapon :3
she harvested the lumber and carved it herself when she first came to gridania, and it's meant to grow with her through her journey and based on her mana level
therefore, it has some toggles so you can have varying levels of foliage!
dye channel 1 is the leaves, dye channel 2 is all the flowers! i left the cane, you can colourset it on row 2B on the last mat
i wanted to give it some wind influence but that modding knowledge yet eludes me, so hopefully i can update it in the future!
