a Tyrannical partner of mine yearned for a tail and I had time so I went for it.

IMPORTANT:
IT IS able to glow with color setting however its a little wonky. I will be attempting to fix this as soon as I can (if it can be fixed)

Highly recommend any custom skeleton and racial animations you can find to make the tail have animations.
